Jeff and I  ran a 5k with an MBA group this morning to support research for Autism.  Jeff and I ran together the 1st half and then I may have taken off.  It is only right that I should beat him because he doesn't run almost every day like I do.  I can't believe he was only 30 seconds behind me.  I was so proud of him!
