Kauai

Jeff and I had an amazing graduation vacation to the island of Kauai.  We kept ourselves busy with many activities and hikes.  We will miss our friends but we are glad we were able to celebrate with them.  I am so proud of Jeff graduating from the BYU MBA program!

Grand Canyon of Hawaii!  3 minutes after we got there it completely fogged over.  We made it just in time.

 Falls in Wailua.

 Catamaran dinner cruise along Napali Coast.  We saw whales, dolphins and flying fish.  The cook made us some delicious steak and shrimp for dinner.  Captain Andy's crew members were very nice and enjoyable!

 Jeff's deep sea fishing trip.  They caught lots of tuna.  Fish On!

 Jeff's scuba diving trip.  They saw a white tip reef shark.  I saw a reef shark that week snorkeling at tunnels beach.  I can't believe I swam out to see it.  There was a opening in the reef and sun was shining through the crack so you could see down 30ft and there was the shark just laying on the bottom soaking up the sun.

 NaPali Coast.  We hiked 8 miles round trip to a beautiful waterfall.  It started pouring when we got to the falls and we hiked in rain for at least 3 miles.  The trail started to turn into a stream.  We were just worried about the parts we had to cross the river but we got out in time.

The kayaking trip up the river was a workout!  We stopped and hiked to a waterfall (muddy) and at another stop we jumped off a cliff.  This was a 5 hour adventure!

The house of dreams was an amazing home to stay in!
